Standard orders are made within 14 days. Rush orders within 5 days (20,000–50,000₮ surcharge).

Most styles are available in store. If sold out, made-to-order in 14 days.

Yes. You can secure your order with 50% upfront and pay the remaining 50% when the item is ready.

We do not accept returns, so please choose carefully. If a size truly does not fit, we can exchange for another size if available.

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Unworn, tagged, and unsoiled items can be exchanged.

Linen, silk — hand wash cold (30°C) with mild detergent. Do not use a hot wash cycle. Embroidered, wool-quilted deels — professional dry cleaning recommended.
